Background

A one arm skilled ninja assassin with no power. He lost his arm by cutting it off after Ogami tried to burn him so that the fire would not spread to the other parts of his body and kill him. He will be doing jobs for money and knows about Eden and the Code Breakers. He shares a rivalry with Rei. Sakura prevented him from dying by using her powers. In ^[1], he obtained powers and is ordered to retrieve Rei's left arm from his client. He saves children and takes care of them. While Haruto might be a he, his appearance can easily be confused for that of a she.

Abilities/Powers

Illusions: Haruto is able to control others by using both sound and vision. By making a sound at a specific wavelength, he is able to put others to sleep. He is also able to use doujutsu; with it, he can show his opponents certain memories, such as when he showed Sakura his client's family being gunned down by her father. His eyes turn black each time he uses his doujutsu.

Transformation

Haruto gained this Special Power from Pandora's Box. It allows him to absorb objects and change them into weapons that take the place of his missing left arm. As long as there are objects around him, Haruto's choice of attack is limitless; by absorbing a motorcyle, he was able to generate a large blade and by absorbing a truck, he was able to generate a huge cannon that uses absorbed objects as ammunition. The weakness of this power is that if Haruto overuses it, whatever weapon he has created will discharge and his body will rip itself apart.
