Ikurumi Shiwon (王生シヲン, Ikurumi Shion) is a New Code:Breaker sent to defeat Ogami and the rogue Code:Breakers. He is partnered with Lily, but it is obvious that he sees her as nothing more than a tool to get his job done. His lost form is a frog.

Personality

He is very cocky and arrogant. As well as very sneaky as shown when he attempted to use Sakura's mother against everyone. And when he hid himself and simply used paper doll.

He is willing to do anything for his goals even use and sacrifice innocent people.

He tends to rely on tactics. And when everything fails he is quick to attempt to run away.

Plot

He first appears when he and Lily attack Ogami in the hospital and reveal that he has kidnapped Sakura's mother. When Lily turns on him and attacks him he reveals all her efforts are for nothing as she only was attack his paper doll and goes on to ruthlessly attack her.

Ogami steps in and saves Lily and commences to fight Ikurumi. He uses innocent people as a shield as well as hide bombs in his paper, because he had information on Ogami's powers and knew what he would do against his tactics. However all his tactics still came to nothing and Ogami overwhelmed and defeated him and burned him until he lost his power and entered his lost form which is a frog. He is then made into a key-chain by Yuuki.

Paper

Ikurumi has the power to create, control and manipulate paper. He can turn others into paper and even hide things like bombs within them.

Paper Doll: Ikurumi can make a copy of himself out of paper.
