Saechika
Saechika Hachiouji is Rui's little brother and a Code:Name. It was assume he died in the accident years ago, but Code: Emperor revealed he is still alive.
Appearance
Tall and lanky he has long light colored hair apparently the same color as his older sister.
Personality
He seems like a cold and cruel person, compared to his sister, Rui. He beats up and physically abuse both Heike and Toki when he feels they have failed him. He seems to have no qualms of hurting his sister either in order to educate her.

Abilities/Powers
Special Power: He has the same powers as his sister, but is more powerful. His shadows is capable of "eating" powers.
Special Power 2?: His second power is to kill everything in the area around him
History
Years ago, he and his older sister Rui both lived with their parents, but since all of them had special powers they were always in danger which resulted in an accident that killed both of their parents, however they both survived and hadn't see each other until the present timeline.
In chapter 94, it is revealed that Rui's younger brother is Code:Closer, a Code:Name working for Eden. He has the same powers as his sister, but is more powerful. His shadows is capable of "eating" powers.
It is comfirmed in Chapter 96 that Saechika is more powerful than Rui, since he has two different powers, just like Code:Seeker, Oogami's brother. His second power is to kill everything in the area around him , however it is hinted that he too has a side effect like Rui when he overuses his powers (when she uses empress paradox). It would seems that Saechika always knew Rui was his sister and wanted to see her, however Code:names are unable to reveal themselves to Code:Breakers. He was saved by Heike during the fight.
However he was very furious at Heike for interupting his fight, blaming and beating up Heike for letting Oogami go and his sister becoming evil.
